Packing Tips

~ Pack all medications in your carry on bag.

~ Pack all of your tickets & important documents in your carry on or on your person. DO NOT pack them in your luggage!

~When packing for traveling with a spouse or companion put clothes for both people in each suitcase. If one is misplaced you'll still have something to wear.

~ Do not over pack! Airlines have maximum weight allowances per suitcase and will charge extra for being over the limit.

~ Over-packing a bag wrinkles clothes. If all or most clothes in the suit case match, you'll get several outfits out of a few items and garments will have room to breathe.

~ Collect sample - sized toiletries and leave the big containers home.

~ Never pack full liquid containers: they might freeze & burst in a plane's cargo compartment. If you must pack liquids, make sure the container is only half full.

~ Place items such as shampoo, conditioner, tooth paste, sun tan lotion & similar items in plastic storage bags just in case.
